Please read carefully. By downloading or using RSS Player, you agree to these Terms of Use. Pay special attention to Section 3 (Subscriptions) and Section 5 (Refunds), which describe your rights and obligations regarding purchases.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RSS Player mobile application ("App") operated by RSS Player ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all versions of the App available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Platform-specific terms may apply in addition to these.

Apple's Standard EULA

This App is licensed to you subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("EULA"). The terms of that agreement are incorporated herein by reference and apply to your use of the App as downloaded from the Apple App Store.

In addition to the Apple Standard EULA, the following terms apply and, in the event of any conflict, shall take precedence with respect to RSS Player specifically.

Important — Please Read

Subscriptions & Purchases

RSS Player offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms in full.

Auto-Renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal Timing
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period at the same price confirmed at purchase.
Manage Anytime
You can view, change, or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Changes take effect at the next renewal period.
Refunds via Apple
All billing and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. We do not process refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support for any refund requests.

Billing & Payment

All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store. RSS Player does not collect, store, or have access to your payment information at any point.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation.
  • Subscription prices are displayed clearly before any purchase is confirmed.
  • Prices are in your local currency as determined by the App Store and may vary by region.
  • Price changes, if any, will be notified to you in advance. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
RSS Player does not offer any in-app purchases outside of the subscription plans listed in the App Store.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

How to cancel your subscription:

Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.

Tap your profile picture in the top right corner.

Tap Subscriptions and select RSS Player.

Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access to premium features until the end of the current paid period.

For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly. As all transactions are processed by Apple, we are unable to issue refunds on their behalf. Apple's refund policy applies.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. The following conditions apply to free trials:

  • Free trials are available to new subscribers only and cannot be combined with other offers.
  • At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled beforehand.
  • To avoid any charge, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.
  • The availability and duration of free trials may vary and are subject to change at any time.
No charge is made during the free trial period. Cancel before it ends to pay nothing.

Permitted Use

RSS Player grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
  • Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or any harmful content via RSS feeds.
  • Share, resell, or sublicence your subscription to other users.
  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We are not responsible for the content of any RSS feeds accessed through the App. Feed content is provided by third-party publishers and is beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via the App or App Store update notes.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the App and cancel any active subscriptions.
